One of the amazing discoveries in Advanced Materials Science is that titanium dioxide (TiO2) exhibits photo-acive qualities on the nano scale, creating super oxidizers that decompose organic contaminants.

In 2008 we set up in the KIZ (Keystone Innovation Zone) by Lehigh University in Bethlehem PA and began research and testing with nano TiO2 to understand the practical applications for creating hygienic surfaces and improving air quality.

The result:  we convert any existing substrate into a SMART surface with our self-cleaning nano- coatings (PurityShield) that are all-natural and extremely durable. Since that time, we have applied our specialized coatings to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, universities and commercial buildings in PA and NJ.

More recently, our research has led us to explore the science of residual antimicrobial coatings that offer on-going protection against microbial growth on surfaces.

The result: we are now a certified AEGIS® Microbe Shield Applicator of the only EPA Gold Shield registered long-term antimicrobial coating.
